We’d like to understand what went wrong and how we can improve. Please follow the steps below to request a partial refund within 3 days of your purchase date. If this period has passed and you still have an issue, you can contact us anytime via the SUPPORT WhatsApp number or through the Contact Us page.

Please note that once you request a refund, you will no longer be able to resubscribe to our service in the future.

Refund Request

To submit your refund request, please follow these steps:
1. Use WhatsApp support or the contact form to request the refund.
2. Provide your username and the email address you used to purchase our services.
3. Include your invoice number.
4. Please note that the refund will be partial; we will deduct the cost for the number of days used ($2 per day).
5. The payment will be processed using the same payment method you used.
