At IPOFTV, we offer IPTV subscriptions and IPTV reseller panels. However, it is important to note that we are not responsible for the video and audio content and do not claim ownership of it. We act solely as a reseller for various providers. Please be aware that channels and on-demand video within any package may be modified or removed without prior notice.
Our responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed-upon period. To provide proof of activation, we send a screenshot showing the expiration date to the customer's registered email. Please note that a subscription equates to a single connection, and any attempt to use more than one device per subscription may result in permanent termination.
To ensure proper activation, customers are required to provide information about their device, such as the type, model, and application used, as well as their MAC address if applicable. If this information is not provided, we will send the subscription in m3u format, which cannot be modified.
It is important to note that our providers occasionally perform maintenance on their servers, which may lead to buffering, freezing, or content outages. These issues are normal for any IPTV service, and it is the customer’s responsibility to understand how IPTV operates.
If an IPTV package is not available, it may be replaced with another. Subscription references are generally sent to the customer's registered email within 6 hours to one business day after receiving a clear payment.
For IPTV resellers, we are solely responsible for activating and sending the information for the IPTV reseller panel, including the agreed credit points. We do not provide support for issues related to the IPTV reseller panel.
IPOFTV guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased on our site will be activated for the agreed-upon period. A screenshot showing the IPTV subscription details and expiration date will be sent to the customer’s registered email. For any issues regarding servers, downtime, or content malfunctions that are beyond our control, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issues.
IPOFTV is not responsible for subscriptions purchased with an incorrect type of IPTV receiver.
You do not need to inform us if you plan to cancel or suspend your subscription. Your use of a subscription will be canceled or suspended once you reach the end of your current subscription period. No payment is required to cancel or suspend your subscription.
Your payment is processed through secure gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, or TransferWise, which are among the safest online payment methods.
To pay using your credit or debit card, it must be 3D authenticated to be approved by our payment processors. If the transaction fails, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction and enable 3D authentication.
